The HRS6 is designed for modern production lines, ensuring high productivity and quality by integrating various processes and tests like flow tests, leak check and pre-evacuation. The handling of helium for production lines requires industrial equipment that can assure short cycle times, low helium consumption and minimum maintenance. The HRS6 system delivers exactly that. The helium system is available in three versions: - HRS6-I - Charging station with integrated recovery - HRS6-IS - Charging station and satellite recovery unit - HRS6-ISE - Charging station and satellite recovery and pre-evacuation unit The HRS6-IS solution makes it possible to do helium testing, sniffing and recovery individually only limited by the line cycle time. The recovery unit might be located with in a distance of up to 10 meters running simultaneously with the test unit. The two units share the buffer tank and the control. The recovery and pre-evacuation satellite of the HRS6-ISE ensures faster recovery and cuts the total time of evacuation.
