The high volume refrigeration and automotive production charging unit ECO2MAX™ offers high performance combined with safety and reliability. The system ensures a high R744 density which leads to short charging cycle times and high accuracy. The ECO2MAX™ is perfect for volume production where it charges as precisely and safely as standard refrigerant charging technologies. Computer controlled charging and evacuation processes guarantee, above all, a user-friendly and efficient performance.
The main applications for ECO2PILOT™, on the contrary, are R&D, pilot production and repair areas of refrigeration and automotive manufacturers. With The ECO2PILOT™ is ideal for testing the feasibility of R744 refrigerant in R&D and transferring prototypes into pilot production for process optimization and implementation. Special features like fully automated functions for draining, evacuation and charging or the dynamic flow compensation provide an easy, flexible and accurate use of ECO2PILOT™.
The patent-pending technology ECO2MASTER™ used inside both products provides further efficiency and safety. By keeping the R744 refrigerant constantly below or above the critical point of 31°C, it ensures that the pressure remains well within the safety range and that no risk of high-pressure refrigerant leakage occurs. With an included system of cooling itself down with its own refrigerant, the ECO2MAX™ and ECO2PILOT™ do not need an external cooling circuit and remain completely secure, independent of the ambient temperature.
